Hotel rooms in different categories have been reserved for Conference participants

Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. No rooms can be reserved unless complete credit card details are sent to the Meeting Secretariat, AIM Group Baltic. AIM Group Baltic can not guarantee availability later than 60 days prior to the Conference. We will, however, make every effort to comply with your request.

The following prices are in Euro per room per night and include breakfast and VAT.

Please note that all reservations are based on a first come first served basis. If the hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the nearest alternative will be allocated. AIM Group Baltic will, however, make every effort to comply with request.
 
Credit Card Guarantee
The credit card information you provide with regard to accommodation will be used towards the hotel as well as to AIM Group Baltic to guarantee your room reservation. In case of no-show, arrival after the reserved date, or departure before the reserved date and cancellation, AIM Group Baltic or the hotel my charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to the full stay requested. Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Confirmation of Hotel Booking
The Hotel Booking will be confirmed by email after we receive the credit card details. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Meeting are strongly recommended to contact the Conference Secretariat (info@autex2010.com).
